I am an artist and illustrator living and working in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. I studied Elementary Education and Children’s Literature at California State University, Long Beach. Although I have been drawing and painting since childhood, my creative practice paused as I entered adulthood and navigated an uncertain path.
After becoming a mother, I experienced a renewed sense of calling to art. This season of life gave me both clarity and courage, and I believe God used it to invite me back into creative expression—one rooted in honesty, faith, and the stories held close to my heart. Through my work, I hope to offer moments of joy and connection, and to invite viewers to journey alongside me as my practice continues to unfold.
My work is inspired by the magic of childhood, humor and pain, imperfection, family life, God’s unconditional love, and the beauty of creation.
My husband, Sean, and I are originally from Ohio and now call Virginia home, where we hobby homestead and raise our three adventurous children.
